The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement rejecting these statements, which incite against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and call for the establishment of a Palestinian state on Saudi territory, in a direct attack on Saudi sovereignty and a flagrant violation of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
The statement emphasized that Egypt categorically rejects these reckless statements, which jeopardize the security and sovereignty of the Kingdom, and stresses that the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are a red line that cannot be crossed.
Egypt considers that the stability and national security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are an integral part of its own security and the stability of Arab countries, and that it will not tolerate any infringement on these principles.
Egypt stresses that these Israeli statements are a flagrant violation of international law and the Charter of the United Nations, and constitute an attack on the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state on their entire national territory, including the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem, in accordance with the 1967 borders.
Egypt affirms that it stands with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in condemning these statements and calls on the international community to denounce and condemn them firmly.
